响应面优化酶催化米糠油甘油解制备甘油二酯
Optimization of diacylglycerol production from lipase-catalyzed glycerolysis of rice bran oil by response surface methodology

Abstract
Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the diacylglycerol (DAG) production from Novozym 435-catalyzed glycerolysis of rice bran oil in t-Butanol system. Based on single-factor analysis, 5-1evel-4-factor central composite rotatable design(CCRD) was employed to evaluate and optimize the effect of DAG synthesis parameters,such as reaction temperature,time,enzyme amount(mass ratio of lipase to rice bran oil),and substrate mass ratio (rice bran oil:glycerol). The results indicated that substrate mass ratio was the most important variable. Considering the economical efficiency as well as optimization,the optimum DAG synthesis conditions with the yield of 53.08% were as follows.reaction temperature 60℃,time 10.5h,enzyme amount 10.66%,substrate mass ratio 16.关键词
