氯吡脲对小鼠的毒性实验研究
Study on toxicity test of forchlorfenuron in mice
摘要
Abstract
Acute toxicity and mutagenicity of forchlorfenuron in mice were studied for satety ana reasonablenesu in practical producing by scientific experimental data. The results showed that the acute oral LD5o was 568mg/kg in male mice and 421mg/kg in female mice,which belong to low toxic and poisoning respectively, Mouse bone marrow micronucleus test were negative and didn＇t show mutagenic effect on experimental animals.关键词
