摘要

Abstract

Peanut meal is a by-product of the procession of peanut oil extraction. It contains extensively active components,but it is not exploited well becaus most of peanut meal is used for feed. The extract methods of active components and nutritive value of peanut meal were introduced in this article,the current situation of its use was summarized. The references of comprehensive utilization of peanut meal were provided in this article.
