Modification of Horseradish Peroxidase Sensor by AuRu Nanoparticles

Abstract
AuRu nanoparticles were synthesized by a reverse microemulsion method.The structure,composition,and morphology of AuRu were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).A novel biosensor was prepared by using AuRu nanoparticles to modify horseradish peroxidase(HRP).The performance of the developed sensor for determining hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and chronoamperometry.The results showed that HRP/AuRu/GC had high sensitivity and stability of determination for H2O2.The ccurrent revealed an excellent linear relationship with the negative logarithm of concentration in the range of 1 × 10-7-1× 10-3 mol/L with a linear coefficient of 0.9959.The detection limit for H2O2 was 5.02 × 10-8 mol/L.The current of electrode response still retained 91.54% of the original level after 30 days of storage.关键词
