Abstract
Objective： To research the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Angelica sinensis. Methods： Response surface methodology （RSM） was applied to optimize the best extraction conditions, and then verified the optimal conditions. Results： The optimal conditions were as follows： the time for 2.15 h, solid-liquid ratio at 1：8.27, and extraction times for 3 times. Conclusion： It is feasible to optimize the extraction processing of polysaccharide from Angelica sinensis by RSM.关键词
