Abstract
For different economic entities and production and distribution chain, there is different difficulty, such as policy, economics, society, et al., in the process of food safety problem resolving. Taking dry goods as example, the paper analyzed the difficulties and potential risk of enterprises and held that large and state-owned wholesale markets for agricultural products should improve their own competitiveness and market space to improve the environment of dry goods safe production and distribution.关键词
