Abstract
Acidic electrolyzed functional water(AEW)was generated bywith electrolytes containing different ion ratios as well as different metal ions at the same condition,and then their physicochemical indexes was determined.Results indicated that when the chloride ion concentration was constant,multiply the concentration of sodium ions would lead to available chlorine concentration(ACC)multiplying in AEW.While electrolytic different electrolyte(KCl,MgCl2,NaCl and CaCl2)both containing 35mmol/L Cl-,their ACCs of the four kinds of AEW were 90.1,74.8,56.8 and 48.2mg/L.At the same time,acidic electrolyzed functional water(AEW)with ACC of 50mg/L was stored in different conditions for 21d,and ACC,pH,oxidation-reduction potential(ORP),electrical conductivity(EC),dissolved oxygen(DO)of the AEW were investigated.It was found that bigger bottles,glass container and lower temperature storage could protect the ACC and the DO,and airtight was conductive to the ORP.AEW should be stored no more than a week and better in 5d.The storage stability of AEWs was generated with different electrolyte from high to low were MgCl2,CaCl2,NaCl and KCl.关键词
