芦苇不同部位醇提物抗氧化性对比分析
Comparative study of the antioxidative capacity of ethanol extracts from different parts of Phragmites communis Trin

Abstract
To investigate the antioxidative capacity of extracts from Phragmites communis Trin flowers,leaves,stems and roots,theirs were assessed for their antioxidant effects by hydroxyl,superoxide anion,DPPH free radical and total antioxidant capacity assays with vitamin C as a positive control.The results showed that every part of Phragmites communis Trin had strong antioxidation and the ability of ·OH、O2-· and DPPH· scavenging,and it had significant positive correlation with the content of flavonoids.In the same condition,the ability of ·OH scavenging was VCleavesflowerrootstem,the O2-·scavenging was VCflowerleavesrootstem,the DPPH· scavenging was VCflowerleavesstemroot,and the total antioxidant capacity was leavesVCflowerrootstem.In conclusion,our experiments demonstrated that the extractions from different parts of Phragmites communis Trin were promising free radical scavenger and antioxidant.关键词
