摘要
Abstract
MRS liquid mediums added respectively with 0‰,0.25‰,0.5‰,1‰,2‰,3‰ and saturation concentration melamine were used to cultivate Streptococcus thermophilus.After 48h at 42℃ in the culture medium,the impaction of melamine on the growth of Streptococcus thermophilus was tested through measuring the pH of the medium and calculating the final total number of bacteria.The experimental results showed that melamine couldn't be used and degraded by Streptococcus thermophilus as a nitrogen and melamine within the water solubility couldn't promote the growth of Streptococcus thermophilus while it had a little inhibition effect on the growth of it.关键词
