摘要

Abstract

In order to prepare water-soluble chito-oligosaccharide,the process of degradation macromolecular chitosan by ozone in acetic acid homogeneous phase was investigated.The molecular weight and the distribution of chitosan in oxidative degradation process with ozone as oxidant was tracked by gel permeation chromatorgraph(GPC).Conditions for preparing different molecular weight chitosans were optimized.The result showed that the best chitosan degradation conditions were the flow rate of oxygen 1.2L/min,the reaction time 20min,the concentration of chitosan 2g/L,the yield of water-soluble chito-oligosaccharide was 66.7%,the average molecular weight was 9500u.
