不同干燥方法对栀子黄色素品质的影响
Effect of different drying techniques on the properties of Gardenia yellow pigment

Abstract
Spray drying,freeze drying and low-temperature vacuum drying were selected for the dehydration of Gardenia yellow pigment solutions.Through the comparison of the qualities and microcosmic morphology of Gardenia yellow pigment powder,it was found that the products' moisture content,color value and color difference dealt with spray drying,freeze drying and low-temperature vacuum drying were 2.89%,5.13% and 5.94%,82.3,88.5 and 87.9,81.79,73.63 and 73.88.SEM showed that the spray-dried powder had a uniform microscopic form of concave spherical.Meanwhile,the powder dried by low-temperature vacuum drying and freeze drying were in various shapes and irregular.Finally the energy consumption of three different drying methods were computed,spray drying got the lowest energy consumption and followed by low-temperature vacuum drying and freeze drying.In consideration of product quality and economic efficiency,low-temperature vacuum drying was suitable for drying of natural pigments.关键词
