摘要

Abstract

Phthalic Acid Esters(PAEs)are a class of widely-used plasticzer rank among the primary risk pollution due to the potential reproductive toxicity and teratogenesis.With the great quantity producing,widely-using and random addition,more and more PAEs endanger human health through food.In this paper,the toxicity of phthalic acid esters was presented.The PAEs characterization standards in China and abroad were classified,pretreatments and detection analysis of PAEs were summarized and the problem and progress in their determination have also been proposed.
