摘要

Abstract

Feruloylated glycosides are widely used in many commercial applications such as health care products and non-ionic surfactants in pharmaceuticals,cosmetics and food industries for their special amphipathic structures and physiological activity. The chemical and biological syntheses of feruloylated glycosides were described in this review,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared. At present,the focus on the research that was how to improve the synthesis method ,which was also pointed out in this review.
