金刚果皮色素的提取及抗氧化活性的研究
Study on the extraction and antioxidant activity of Smilax china L.peel pigment
摘要
Abstract
The single factors and orthogonal test were designed to study the condition of extracting pigment from the peel of Smilax china L..The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows, extraction temperature was at 60℃,extraction time was 1 h, and ratio of liquid to solid was 30:1 ( mL: g) .Compared with the synthetic antioxidants BHT and Vc ,the antioxidant ability of Smilax china L.was evaluated in four different assays, namely,the 1, 1-diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl ( DPPH ) radical scavenging, the Marklund, the i, 10- phenanthrolineFe2+ oxidative and the potassium ferricyanide reduction methods tests. It suggested that the peel pigment had a good antioxidant capacity and was similar to the synthetic antioxidant with the same concentration of 0.4μg/mL and 2μg/mL( p 〈 0.05 ).关键词
