摘要

Abstract

To study the optimal separation conditions for the total flavonoids from dried flowers of Lavandula augustifo/ia planted in Yili with appropriate macro-porous resin.AB-8 resin was chosen due to its excellent adsorption and desorption performance. Results showed that the optimal purification process was that sample solution at pH6 and the concentration level of 0.Smg/mL was made to flow through AB-8 resin column at a flow rate of 2.00mL/min.90% alcohol was used as eluent with an eluent rate of 94.53% at a flow rate of 1.00mL/min.The recovery rate was 109% using the above process.
