摘要
Abstract
The suitable and unsuitable postharvest treatment to Ponkan was found by comparing with the result of different postharvest treatment included prestore and packing combined with cold storage and normal temperature,according relatable experimentation research over the years to Ponkan (Citrus poonensis Hort. ex Tanaka).The result showed that pre-cooling in the normal temperature ventilates storage were markedly better than in the cold storage.Both in the normal temperature ventilates storage or in the cold rooms,the Ponkan could store above 75 days.The single fruit packing was remarkably better than the waxing processing.The orthogonal test had further proved that the thinness of plastic bag for single fruit was batter than the thickness,longer pre-storage time was suitable.关键词
