Abstract
HACCP is a preventive control management system, which would be the food safety concept effective integration in every aspect of the food production. Frozen pork is a common ingredient in daily life, and HACCP system will be used in frozen pork with the processing as well as the storage and transportation. Analyzing the hazard analysis of every link involved controlling production of frozen pork, and guaranteeing the food security.关键词
