摘要

Abstract

In order to compare the Advantages, disadvantages and applicability of determining gelatin chromium contents by various methods . using diphenyl hydrazine spectrophotometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spec-trometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry to test Chromium on specific sample A and B, actualing samples. The results showed that diphenyl hydrazine spectrophotometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were susceptible to samples of the influence of the existing chrome elements form, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry own good detection limit, stable performance meet detection requirements, accuracy, could use in our daily testing.
