沙棘叶中总多酚和总黄酮的提取工艺
Technology of total polyphenols and total flavones extracted from sea buckthorn leaves

Abstract
The Ultrasonic-aided extraction technology of total poly-phenols and total flavones extraction from Sea Buckthorn Leaves were investigated by orthogonal experiments L9(34) combined with single factor experiments. The results indicated that total polyphe-nols and total flavones were easily dissolution in 20 kHz for ultrasonic frequency. The optimum conditions were as follows: ultrasonic frequency 20 kHz effect, extraction time 15 min, the ethanol concentration 40% and extraction temperature was room temperature. The flavone yields obtained under such conditions was 5. 034%, the poly-phenol yield wa? 10. 712%. This technological method was simple and convenient, efficient, time-saving which could provide practical significance for industrialization production.关键词
