人参锈腐病拮抗细菌HNO1发酵条件优化
Optimal Fermentation Condition of Antagonistic bacteria Strain HNO1 Against Ginseng Rust Root Rot

Abstract
The culture conditions and the compositions of cultural medium of Antagonistic bacteria strain HN01 against ginseng rust root rot were studied using the single factor and orthogonal design method. The result showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were 20% medium volume, 10% inoculation volume, shaking speed 150romin-l,pH 7, 30℃. The produce fungal fermentation medium was composed of 15.0g·L-1, beef extract 8g·L-1, NaCl 5g·L-1, (NH4)SO4 lmg·L-1 and K2HPO4 4g·L-1. Antifungal fermentation medium was composed sucrose l0g·L-1, beef extract 8g·L-1, NaCl 3g·L-1, (NH4)2SO4 2mg·L-1, K2HPO4 4g·L-1.关键词
