二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗性和敏感品系相对适合度的研究
Biological Fitness of the Spirodiclofen-resistant and Susceptible Strains of Tetranychus urticae
摘要
Abstract
Development and reproduction of the spirodiclofen-resistant (R) and susceptible (S) strains of Tetranychus urticae were evaluated at 24cC.The life tables of experimental population of both strains were established. The fitness of two strains was analyzed by population life table parameters. The results indicated that the R strain was more disadvantageous in hatchability, prolonged larval duration, lower effective fecundity and intrinsic rate of increase. The relative fitness value of the resistant strains was only 0.582 times of that of the susceptible strain.关键词
