小波动态PCA在过程监控中的应用
WDPCA and Its Application in Procss Monitoring
摘要
Abstract
Accoding to charactristics of dynamic industrial process that data often contain noise, a combined monitoring approach based on wavelet and dynamic PCA (WDPCA) for process monitoring is presented. First, data are de-noised by wavelets, then the de-noised data are mapped to DPCA, T2 and Q, where faults are detected. To validate the performance and effectiveness of the proposed scheme, WDPCA is applied to monitor TE Process. The results showed that WDPCA is better than DPCA in fault monitoring.关键词
