摘要

Abstract

Objective: to study the anti-oxidant activity effect of the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide. Method: the anti-oxidant activity was determined depend on the scavenging activity of the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide against DPPH、 hydroxyl and super anion free radicals and the effect on the SOD activity、 GSH-PX activity and the level of MDA in mouse serum and liver. Results: the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide exhibite a relatively high level of DPPH free radical scavenging activity with the IC50, value of 2.69 mg/mL; the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide also has scavenging activity against hydroxyl and super anion free radicals, the IC50 were 6.52 mg/mL and 7.19 mg/mL respectively; The Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide can increase the activities of SOD,GSH-PX activities and reduced the level of MDA effectively in mouse serum and liver. Conclusion: the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide has an excellent anti-oxidant power.
