白花蛇舌草对HepG2人肝癌细胞Bcl-2和Caspase-3表达的影响

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in human hepatoma HepG2 cell after treatment with extract of Hedyotis diffusa (EHD). [Method] The anti-proliferative effect of EHD on HepG2 was assessed by MTT assay, and the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 were observed by immunohistochemical staining. [Result] Compared to control group, EHD could significantly decrease Bcl-2 expression and increase Caspase-3 expression in a dose and time dependent manners. [Conclusion] The downregulation of Bcl-2 and upregulation of Caspase-3 expression may be responsible for the anti-proliferative and apoptosis of HepG2 after treatment with EHD.关键词
