摘要

Abstract

In recent years, the incidents about food safety have occurred frequently, which has great impact on people's lives and social stability. Then, food security issues became the focus of social attention. The author combined the Chinese and foreign theories about food safety, analyzed the food market based on Economics Law and made recommendations to establish a sound legal seeurity system.
