摘要

Abstract

The best extraction conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids by ethanol and two-phase aqueous system from persimmon leaves was investigated respectively through single factor experiments. The extraction efficiency of two methods was also compared. The results showed that the optimum condition of ethanol extraction was 65% ethanol by extracting 3h under 78℃ with 1:20 solid-liquid ratio. The optimum condition of two-phase aqueous system extraction was 20% PEG600 and 25% (NH4) 2 SO4 system by extracting at pH 11 and temperature 25'E. The two-phase aqueous system extraction had better efficiency than ethanol extraction in the yield and concentration of flavones of persimmon leaves.
