摘要

Abstract

Grandparents education is one of the common teaching forms in Chinese family education. Due to the influence of age, education background, culture level and teaching concepts, the different distribution of grandparents and parents' academic levels makes significant differ- ence in cultivating children's reading ability. The negative effects of grandparents education on children's early reading are the lack of respects to children development, no openness and flexibility, simplex teaching method and the lack of diversity. The solution strategies are to advocate parent- child shared book reading in partial grandparents education,construct scientific reading ideas in complete grandparents education and enhance reading in both kindergartens and families.
