Abstract
Objective: To search a facilitated measurement by calculating angle on non-weightbearing to weightbearing by investigating the alteration of hallux valgus' HVA and IMA by radiographed on weightbearing and non-weightbearing. Methods: Compared 40 cases of hallux valgus including 69 feet's HVA and IMA radiographed between weightbearing and non-weightbearing. Results: HVA of hallux valgus didn't have differentia by radiographed between weightbearing and non-weightbearing. IMA of hallux valgus radiographed between weightbearing and non-weightbearing had significant differentia. And weightbearing and non-weightbearing 1MA had linear correlation and regression. There's no difference between left and right side. Conclusion: When dissatisfied condition for weightbearing radiography, approximate weightbearing IMA can be calculated by statistical treatment of non-weightbearing one to direct surgical choice. HVA had little influence between weightbearing and non-weightbearing.关键词
