A Quest for the Path of Trust Relations inside a University
摘要
Abstract
Trust is a key element for a university organization＇s existence and development. Based on the theory of organizational justice, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the generation of trust relations within a u- niversity. The implication of trust relations includes a personal sufficient identity at the value layer, an in- depth communication at the interest layer, and a rightful arrangement at the procedural layer. And the path of reconstructing trust relations inside a university is expounded.关键词
