Determination of sesamin in sesame oil by high performance liquid chromatography
研究了高效液相色谱法测定芝麻油中芝麻素的含量,确定了液相色谱条件:色谱柱:Diamonsil(C18250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇与水的比例为70:30,流速:1mL/min,检测波长:290nm。芝麻素浓度和液相色谱图上的吸收峰面积在5~200μg/mL范围内呈现良好线性的关系,其回归方程:Y:72741x+105063,相关系数为R=0.9999,准确度为0.18%;精密度为0.16%;平均加标回收率为95.51%。研究结果表…查看全部>>
The content of sesamin in sesame oil was determined by high - performance liquid chromatogra- phy. The liquid chromatography condition was confirmed, that was, stationary phases, chromatographic column of Diamonsil (CI8 250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm) , mobile phase, methanol: water was 70: 30, flow rate, 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength, 290 nm.
