Fast determination of carbendazim in lentinulaedodes by graphene oxide modified glass carbon electrode

摘要

Abstract

The electrode modified with graphene oxide was prepared and characterized by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Electrochemical behaviors of carbendazim on the modified electrode were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry(CV).Content of carbendazim in solution was determined by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).It was found that an irreversible oxidation peak was observed for carbendazim.The modified electrode showed a good linear current response for carbendazim in the range from 1 to 100μmol/L by differential pulse voltammetry with a detection limit of 0.5μmol/L.The method of electrochemical determination of carbendazim in lentinulaedodes was established,which was simple,fast and sensitive.
