Abstract
Microbial pathogens infections does not only influence the safety of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables,but also damage human being's health.In this paper,the research progress of species,sources,incidence,growth characteristics and influence factors of microbial pathogens on fresh produce-fresh-cut fruits and vegetables were reviewed,in addition,the research of biological control measures on microbial pathogens were introduced.关键词
