Function of Passiflor and its comprehensive processing utility
摘要
Abstract
Passiflora,which is one of the most aromatic fruits,chiefly grows in the tropical and subtropical regions and contains a variety of functional active compounds.This paper reviewed its medical health care value including anxiolytic,anti-inflammation,anti-addictions,and also reviewed the research of its juice,peel,seeds in food processing and utilization.Finally,the problems and future trends in research of it were proposed.关键词
