摘要

Abstract

A high performance liquid chromatography method for separation and determination of rebaudioside A(RA) in stevia was established. The analytical column was Waters NH2(250mm×4.6mm,5um),the mobile phase was acentonitrile-water(80:20,V/V),the samples were determined by an refractive index detector detector. The calibration curves had good linearity in the range of 0.1-1.0mg/mL for RA,the detection limit for RA was 0.03mg/mL,the average recoveries of RA were 98.37% (n=6,RSD=0.88%). The method was convenient, rapid and effective for qualitatively analysis of RA in stevia.
