基于洛美沙星免疫原的喹诺酮药物广谱特异性抗体制备的研究
Preparation of broad-specific antibody to fluoquinolone drugs based on Iomefloxacin immunogen
摘要
Abstract
Using Iomefloxacin as hapten,the immunogen was prepared with water soluble carbodiimide (EDC) method,and the coating agent was synthesized with active ester method. The polyclonal antibody was obtained successfully after immunization. Characterized by indirect competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(icELISA) ,the antibody exhibited strong broad-specificity, 11 fluoroquinolone drugs could be recognized with a limit of detection lower than 10ng/mL,which could meet the requirement of related international organization. This study would benefit to the immunoassay development for the simultaneous detection of many fluoroquinolone drugs.关键词
