AB-8型大孔树脂纯化蓝莓叶多酚的工艺研究
Study on purification process of polyphenols from blueberry leaves with AB-8 macroporous resins

Abstract
The purification process of AB-8 macroporous resin to blueberry leaves polyphenols were studied in order to make full use of the abundant resources of blueberry leaves.In this paper,gallic acid was used as the standard,polyphenols contents of extracts in blueberry leaves were determined using Folin-Ciocalteu method. By using the dynamic adsorption and desorption experiment,the effect of sample concentration,adsorption flow velocity,the desorption solution concentration,desorption flow velocity were investigated.The result showed that the flow rate of absorption was lmL/min,the sample solution concentration was lmg/mL,and the sample of the leak volume was 150mL. The flow rate of desorption was lmL/min.The elution solvent was 5BV (bed volume) 50% ethanol. The purity and recovery rate were 74.16%,85.47% respectively.关键词
