摘要
Abstract
Sensor array fingerprint technology regarded as a technique of olfactory sensor is widely used in food analysis because of its objectivity,reliability and reaptability. This paper not only introduced the working principle and basic composition of the sensor array fingerprint technology,but also gave a review of its application and research progress in food quality monitoring. This could provide some reference for speeding up development of sensor array fingerprint technology at home and abroad,and expecting to improve the current situation of food analysis in China.关键词
