A review on the application of metabolomics method in food safety
摘要
Abstract
Metabolomics is an emerged important research tool after genomics and proteomics. Recently, metabolomics had been widely used in many disciplines including drug discovery, disease diagnosis, plant physiology, food science and environmental science. This review introduced the basic research process of metabolomics and its application in food safety.The advances in this research field could help to improve the rapid detection technology in China and ensure food safety.关键词
