摘要
Abstract
In recent years, more and more attention was focused on the study of PBDEs and OH-PBDEs in food for its toxicity and persistance.ln this paper,the characteristics,the main sources,toxicities of PBDEs and OH-PBDEs were reviewed.And the pollution levels and analytical methods for these compounds in food were also reviewed. These comments are all suggested that the risk of these compounds in food should be stressed in China in future.关键词
