Research progress of physiologically active compounds of bergamot
摘要
Abstract
Bergamot has high medical because it contains plenty of active compounds including volatile components,coumarins, flavonoids, polysaccharide inorganic elements and amino acids, etc.The physiologically active compounds,extraction, and health function of bergamot were summarized and discussed respectively in this review to provide theoretical evidence for future research and development of bergamot in food industry and medicine.关键词
