Abstract
The rapid development of nanotechnology provides a new field of food preservation.Recently,nanoscale food preservation films have become a hot topic worldwide.In this paper,the research progress of nanoscale polyolefin resin-based films and nanoscale edible films is discussed.Future trends in the development of nanoscale food packaging preservation films are proposed.关键词
