摘要

Abstract

Based on the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology, four specific primers were designed according to the six regions of unique and specific integration junction sequences between the host plant genome DNA and the integrated gene of Bt63. Real-time monitoring of the LAMP reaction was achieved by a turbidimeter. The reaction temperature, sensitivity, specificity, stability and capability of testing sample were detected. The results showed that the method can specifically detect rice Bt63. The sensitivity of LAMP detection was 0.01%, which was 10 times more sensitive than the conventional PCR.
