摘要
Abstract
To determine heavy metal elements(As, Pb , Cd , Cr , Cu ) in vacant gelatin capsules by microwave digest ion-ICP-MS, in order to evaluate and control the quality of vacant gelatin capsules. The determination results indicated that : In fifty-one samples, the over-proof rate of Cr was 62% . the average content was 26. 8 mg/kg,and the highest was 161 mg/kg over 80 times of overproof; As of two samples exceeded mg/kg to 1.8 mg/kg ;Cu of four samples exceeded 10 mg/kg,the highest was 54 mg/kg; Cd of all samples were very low; Pb of fourteen samples exceeded 1 mg/kg, the highest was 5. 6 mg/kg. The recoveries of the methods were between 81% --102.2%. This method is accurate, quickly, accessible and convenient. It can be applied to practical sample analysis.关键词
