Abstract
The extraction efficiency of accelerated .solvent extraction was studied for stevioside, rebaudioside A and rebaudioside C and compared with that of the ultrasonic extraction method. The effects of different solvents, time, temperature and cycle numbers on extraction efficiency have been studied by single factor experiments. The results indicated the optimal extraction processing parameters were water extraction, temperature of 60 ℃ , extraction pressure of 1.03 × 107 Pa, repeated extraction number of 2, static time of 10 min and finally extraction volume of 20mL, but the key ingredient is temperature. Regarding the stevioside, rebaudioside A and rebaudioside C extraction, the total extract of ASE is 7. 7, 5. 5, 52. 7 mg/g and is 1. 3, 2. 0, 2. 1 times better than ultrasonication extraction method. The accelerated solvent extraction method has the advantages of rapid, convenient operation and more predominant, and is more suitable for extracting steviosides.关键词
