Structure design of the double-surfaced detection and grading device to red jujube based on machine vision
摘要
Abstract
Based on the dried Xinjiang jujube's material properties, such as dimension, angle of rolling friction etc ,the jujube is defined as A and B surface. This paper presents a grading device that can detect the jujube's double surfaces with the classifying mechanism of distributed detection. It also briefly elaborates the basis for the structural design of key institutions. Using sliding friction of material itself and good stuff absorbed vibration, the device can achieve feeding the jujube and other relevant fruit one by one and realizing the whole surface showing and other functions with distributed detection.关键词
