Abstract
Using of lubricants is one of the critical control points of food safety which concerned by food manufacturers. The worldwide current management status will be introduced m terms of regulations and standards for above mentioned topic. Besides, the problems faced by our country and corresponding suggestions were also presented 1 in order to call more attention to food machinery lubricants.关键词
