Research advances on toxicology of phthalate esters
摘要
Abstract
As an important plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride plastics, Phthalate Esters(PAEs) was widely used in industry,which was currently detected in the ocean, air, drinking water,animals and plants to different extent. PAEs has caused ever-increasing ecological environment pollution. The domestic and foreign toxicological researches were reviewed.which were related to the human exposure of PAEs. The toxicity and potential danger of PAEs to animals and human health were discussed in detail from the aspect of liver,reproductive / developmental system, cell, kidney, neurological and aquatic organ isms. On these bases, the existing problems and further research directions were pointed out.关键词
