摘要

Abstract

Recently there appeared food safety events frequently, which fully exposed the fragile of Sectional type food safety supervision system. This must be processed through remodeling and optimization. The article discusses the establishment of a centralized regulatory system for food safety, the right to food safety supervision should be relatively concentrated in a small number of regulatory authorities from a deep ievei. more terms of reference should be given to the food regulatory commission from the legal aspects. At the same time, the building and establishment of Food safety credit system and Food .security early warning system should be clone especially well in the links and processes of optimization of the law enforcement.
