Abstract
In recent years, food grave accident happened in the safe field of food, impingement public is healthy unceasingly and life is safe, reveal out a variety of original system frame abuse , Ask the safety resolving this problem , food be obliged to heavy .structure to oversee system. But secondary system law perfect . oversees machine-made FOAK . the enterprise autonomy , believes that morality builds , five big aspect such as the whole people supervision etc. gives an exploration really. But oversee system weight structure and improve and perfect- not only energy deep seated the society who resolve the safe problem of food, and direct on grass-roots unit transforms being going to certainly produce the enormous push effect.关键词
