Abstract
The plant polyphenol is a natural product with unique physiological activity and pharmacological activity, and widely present in the top of sugar cane. However, cane top generally as fuel for direct combustion, therefore the study of polyphenol extraction methods and the activity is very necessary. By orthogonal experiment under the basis of single - factor test, the optimal extraction technology of polyphenols were obtained. Under the conditions as follows: Extraction solvent was 60% ethanol. The mass ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 4. Extraction time was 2h. The extraction yield of polyphenols was 183mg from lOOg cane top at temperature of 80t. Experiments of antioxidant activity showed that the antioxidant activity of polyphenols on peanut oil was close to vitamin E. After adding a small amount of vitamin C to polyphenols of cane top, antioxidant activity of polyphenols was significantly superior to vitamin E because vitamin C has obvious synergistic effect on polyphenols of cane top.关键词
